MAIS NOTÍCIAS DOS STATES: ANOTHER BRAZILIAN WIN

ANOTHER BRAZILIAN WIN

That was a very special moment at Remington Park Saturday evening when Thisfeatureisspecial won the Junos Request Stakes G2. Now a stakes winner of $78,582, the five-year-old daughter of Feature Mr Jess was purchased at the 2011 Heritage Place Winter Mixed Sale by Mauro Zaborowsky of Brazil. The threequarter sister to Champion Jess Louisiana Blue had earned $78,582 AT THIS MOMENT.

Mauro’s son Marcos was in the United States on business this past week and stopped by Remington Park to see the mare score the upset win in the $50,000 race. Twenty-nine-year-old Marcos, who owns Haras Vista Verde in Brazil with Mauro, writes the informative THE BRAZILIAN REPORT for TRACK Magazine.

The Zaborowskys hosted a group of North Americans for the 2011 Megarace in Brazil. That group included Chicho Flores, Tyler Graham, Butch Wise, Jeff Tebow, Lowell Neumayer, Vince Genco and Ben Hudson.

Graham, Wise, Tebow and Hudson were at Remington Saturday evening to celebrate this latest win with Marcos.
